Bainbridge-- A South Georgia man is accused of hijacking truckloads of toys to open his own toy store.
Frank Manuel used to deliver toys to KB stores across the country. But investigators say he began stealing from his own truck several months ago.
They were stumped about the thefts because none of the seals on Manuel's rigs were ever broken. Investigators later found out that he'd been taking the doors off their hinges.
They say Manuel hoarded more than 55-thousand dollars worth of toys in his home and a storage facility. They add that he planned to open his own toy store. He has been charged with theft by receiving.
