Albany- One of the remaining two Dougherty County roads closed by recent heavy rains has been reopened. Crews have repaired sections of Spring Flats Roadin southeastern Dougherty County.
Gaissert Road, near the MCLB, still has issues which crews are still working on. It is still closed.
