Albany -- It took a jury less than 30 minutes to find an Albany man, who did not show up for his trial, guilty on all counts.
24 year old Monte Green was convicted on child molestation and statutory rape charges Friday. Prosecutors say he had sex with a 13 year old girl.
Green went on trial Wednesday, but did not show up for court Thursday. Neither did his girlfriend, April Huntington, who was supposed to testify.
Judge Willie Lockett continued the trial without Green.
The judge postponed sentencing until Green is captured.
