Tifton-- Members of the Drug Enforcement Unit of the Tift County Sheriff’s Office recovered marijuana in bags as well as marijuana plants and cocaine during an arrest this week in Chula.
Twenty-five-year-old William Branch Taylor of Chula has been arrested and is charged with manufacturing marijuana, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, and with possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
A total of $16,000 of illegal drugs and seven guns were recovered during the arrest.
