Albany- There won't be any shopping going on at the GoodWill store on South Slappey in Albany.

The roof on the building started to cave in after heavy rains. Tuesday, workers bulldozed the damaged part of the building so it can be repaired. Goodwill couldn't salvage the clothes and other items in that part of the store.

"Well, it was too dangerous to go in because the roof hadn't completely collapsed everywhere," said Ray Glover with Chelsea Construction, the company doing the work.

The building is expected to re-open in September. You can still donate items at the Slappey location and the other Albany GoodWill locations are open.
