Valdosta - South Georgia youngsters will put on a class act performance this weekend.

Valdosta's Little Actor Theatre is performing "The Frog Prince" Saturday night at Mathis City Auditorium. Directors from a traveling theatre in Montana have spent the past week in Valdosta teaching the kids about the musical.

Sixty kids between the ages of six to 16 are taking part.

"In four and a half days, they've taught the children their lines, choreographed their dances, placed them on stage and they'll perform a 70 minute musical on Saturday," said Phyllis Childre.

The play starts at 7:00 Saturday night with a matinee at 3:00. Admission is $5.00.
