Albany- A Marine Corps Sergeant is on trial this week for a list of violent crimes that include rape.
Darrell Stewart is accused of raping a woman he once dated in last September. He's also accused of burglary, aggravated assault, stalking, aggravated stalking and possessing a firearm during a crime.
Prosecutors are expected to wrap up their case tomorrow. Closing arguments are expected by Thursday.
