Albany- A 14-year old boy is sitting in an adult jail cell accused of sexually assaulting a little girl.
Donald Ray Hurley is charged with aggravated child molestation for an attack on a 3-year-old girl. The girl's grandmother discovered the molestation. She wants to send a warning to parents.
"You need to really get a licensed daycare provider, Georgia will check out the backgrounds of the family, family members, the caregiver and it doesn't pay to save a few dollars to go to somebody that you think is safe," said Joyce Margerum.
Margerum says the accused boy's mother was babysitting for her granddaughter. Hurley is in the Dougherty County Jail.
