Albany -- An Albany man who attacked two 14 boys in April, touching off a shooting spree in East Albany, has been returned to Albany after his arrest in Florida.
19 year old Randy Givens was arrested in Palm Beach June 16th. He was extradited to the Dougherty County Jail this week, charged with aggravated assault, and cruelty to a child.
April 3rd Givens punched a 14 year old boy in the 13 hundred block of East Society, because he thought the boy yelled at him when he drove by.
Minutes later Givens ran his car into another 14 year old boy. The boy suffered only minor scratches.
A group of neighbors gathered in the street after the attack, and several shots were fired at a car the neighbors thought Givens was in.
