Albany-- A fire at the V-12 Club appears to be a case of arson.

Investigators say that they think the door of the club was broken into about 7:00AM Friday, and they are questioning suspects in connection with the blaze that did about $50,000 worth of damage to the establishment.

"Obviously there were some things that happened prior to the fire that have pointed us in certain directions. And we will pursue those leads today," said Chief James Carswell.

The club is owned by NBA professional Donnell Harvey of Shellman.
