After receiving a complaint from the Atkinson County School System, the Ethics Division of the GPSC is investigating Pearson Elementary Principal Derrel Youngblood.

An ethics investigator wouldn't comment on the nature of the complaint, but says Youngblood is accused of violating their professional conduct and misrepresentation and falsification codes.

Youngblood has been principal of Pearson Elementary School for five years.
