Albany-- Former APD Corporal Lynn Johnson was sentenced to 12 months probation this morning after pleading guilty to misdemeanor pandering, on a November, 2004 arrest.

He was caught in an undercover police sting operation at Cone Street and Leonard Avenue in East Albany, after he offered a female officer $40 for sex.

The 35-year old Albany Police Corporal was a school resource officer at Dougherty Comprehensive High School, and had worked for APD for 11 years.
