Man surrenders after wife's shooting

Moultrie-- A South Georgia man turns himself for shooting and killing his ex-girlfriend. 25-year old Mack Trimble Junior, of Moultrie, surrendered to Police around 3:00 Saturday morning.

He's charged with shooting 31-year-old Cegi Hall three times after an argument in the 300 block of Martin Luther King Junior Drive. Hall was taken to Colquitt Regional Medical Center where she later died.

Trimble was initially charged with aggravated assault. Those charges have been upgraded to murder. Trimble will be arraigned later today.

According to Moultrie police, Hall and Trimble had a child together.
