Radiothon on B100

June 1, 2005

Albany - Wednesday through Friday, B-100 is holding a radiothon for CMN. All money raised will go to help the Children's miracle network and kids like four year old Maria Karrick. Maria is on medication for an auto immune disease and undergoes physical therapy. Her mother Ginger says, "When a child's hurting, or having problems, it makes it much easier when they're having fun, and you can watch them and they're smiling and laughing and having a good time."

B100's Candi O'Riley says, "It's just such a caring organization and it tugs at my heart strings. The biggest thing for me, is all the money that we raise, stays right here in Albany for our Children's miracle network, which is Phoebe Putney."

You can make a donation to CMN or bid on fun items, like this hat signed by country singer Kenny Chesney.
