Thomasville- A child in Thomasville is recovering from burns to his face, chest, and arms.
It happened Saturday at a mobile home on Georgia 202. Authorities say the injuries were caused by food that caught fire while cooking on a stove. They haven't released the victim's name. Fortunately, a neighbor put out the blaze with a fire extinguisher.
The child was taken to the hospital and is expected to make a full recovery.
