Albany- More fresh fruits and vegetable are coming to an old Albany location.
Lora Jean Kearce and her husband Don own the produce stand on Palmyra Road at the Slappey Boulevard intersection. Now they're opening Lora Jean's Produce Market at the old State Farmers Market on Gaines Avenue in south Albany.
The market will open next Monday and they're planning to keep the market open all year long.
"It will offer the public fresh fruits and vegetables from local farmers and it will offer things such as Florida citrus and things of that nature later in the year."
The Kearce's are keeping the produce stand on Palmyra open too.
