Tifton- Officers say Abiyael del Apaza was riding his bike near the intersection of 4th Street and Prince Avenue in Tifton when he rode out in front of Justina Jones' Cadillac.

The eight year old's head went through the windshield. He sustained moderate injuries to his head and leg and was transferred to Tift Regional Medical Center. No charges have been filed.
