Albany- Police have several people in custody after a drive-by shooting Wednesday in South Albany. A man was gunned down near the intersection of Tulsa and Gadsen.

Police questioned several people Wednesday night believed to be involved. Witnesses say, several shots were fired from a maroon SUV just after nine o'clock.

The victim was taken to Phoebe Putney with a gunshot wound to the chest. No word yet on his condition.
