Valdosta - Police are looking for a man who robbed a bank Wednesday afternoon.
Around 12:30, the man walked into the Park Avenue Bank on Baytree Road and gave one of the tellers a note demanding money. She gave him a large amount of cash and he ran out.
Investigators say the man didn't display a weapon, and they're not sure if he actually had a gun.
"We're looking for a white male between 40 and 50 years of age, he has brownish grey hair and is wearing a white or beige shirt and blue jeans," said Capt. Brian Childress.
The First Community Bank in Tifton was robbed Monday by a man fitting the same description. He also passed the teller a note demanding money. Investigators think the two robberies could be connected.
