Colquitt County - SkillsUSA is a national organization that trains students in technical, skilled, and service occupations. 12 members of the club from Colquitt County High School will travel to Kansas City, Missouri to compete in the Outstanding chapter division.

Senior Kelsi Register says, "Our classes teach work ethics, and enthusiasm and you learn skills you will use for the rest of your life."

The students are raising money to help pay for the trip. This Thursday and Friday a silent auction will be held at the high school in the DeMott Theater from 8 AM to 4 PM.
