Albany-  An Albany boy is alive because his neighbor knows rescue breathing.

Kelton Miller, 14, was swimming in the pool behind this home on Shadowlawn. His friends noticed he was at the bottom of the pool. One of them ran across the street and got his father, Jerrelle Stroud.

"He wasn't coming up and by the time I got over there the other guy had drug him out and he wasn't breathing and we did CPR on him," Stroud said.

Kelton is being treated in the emergency room at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.
