Colquitt County - Sanderson farms, Home depot and Lowe's are the biggest providers of new jobs in the county. Other existing businesses, like National Beef, are expanding and adding positions.
Chamber of Commerce President Darrell Moore says even more projects are in the works. He says, "We've got two or three projects that should come through within the next month or so and I think they're going to be exciting for Moultrie and South Georgia."
Spectrum homes, a manufactured housing plant recently closed on a new facility. They are expected to add another 200 jobs to Colquitt County.
