Covington invited to US Basketball trials

 Louisville, Ky - Adel's Jazz Covington has been invited to the 2005 USA Basketball Women's National Team trials at the U.S. Olympic Training Center next week in Colorado Springs.

Following the four-day trials, 12 players will be picked to play for the USA World University Games team.

 Jazz Covington just finished her sophomore season at the University of Louisville where she averaged 17.8 points and 8.1 rebounds a game.

Covington was first team all-Conference USA selection.
