Albany- Radium Springs Middle School Principal Geraldine Hudley was under investigation by the Professional Standards Commission. Investigators would not comment specifically about the allegations, but they say the case has been closed.
"Allegations were made and there had been conversations about an alleged cover up and so there was an obligation to ensure that had not taken place. Like I said I was confident," says superintendent Dr. Sally Whatley.
Investigators did confirm that the investigations into former Vice Principal Billy Orr, and former teachers Michael Lewis and Regina Mitchell are still open.
