Statenville-- Nearly 200 pot plants were found when drug agents stormed a South Georgia home, where they found an indoor/outdoor growing operation.
Echols County Sheriff's officers, along with agents from the GBI and the South Georgia Drug Task Force, raided the home Tuesday night. A father, daughter and another woman were all taken into custody and charged with manufacturing marijuana.
William Clarence Hamm the Third, his girlfriend, Wanda Johnson, and his daughter, Monica Hamm, have all been charged with felony manufacturing of marijuana.
After obtaining a search warrant for the home, agents found 113 plants in a closet equipped with heat lamps. They also found 81 plants outdoors near the property line. Hamm, his daughter and girlfriend are all in the Lowndes County Jail.
This is the second manufacturing marijuana bust made by the Echols County Sheriff's Office this week.
