Tifton- Twenty-eight year old Francisco Pascual is charged with kidnapping and raping a 27 year old woman.

Police say Pascual and the victim were acquaintances, and when he knocked on her door she let him in. She tells police she was taken at gunpoint to a mobile home on Ferrylake Road and assaulted.

"She wasn't at home alone. She was at home with her children, but she also had a babysitter that was there with the children and all them were asleep when this occurred. In fact, they woke up and found her gone," says Detective Porter Jackson.

No one else was injured. Investigators also recovered the gun used in the attack. Pascual is being held in the Tift County jail.
