Albany- Popcorn in the Park is one of the newest developments to downtown Albany. It's one of several new businesses started by developer Peter Studl.
The store offers snow cones, candy and of course, popcorn for kids playing in the park. "The park is here but it was kind of the only thing for the kids and they put in the aquarium which was good as well but when the kids are in the park, there was nothing for them to do besides play," says store worker Nikki Moss.
Kids can enjoy several popcorn flavors. The favorite flavor so far by young patrons is caramel.
