Albany- The General Assembly designated April 29th as Dale Earnhardt Day saying the Nascar driver not only made an impact on the track but on people's lives here in Georgia.
Managers at Truck Accessories in Albany say even four years after Earnhardt's death they can barely keep his memorabilia on the shelves.
"There are lots and lots of Dale Earnhardt fans. We get people coming in looking for cars, apparel, t-shirts, jackets, keychains," says David Cross.
Fans will buy anything with the Earnhardt's famous number 3. The biggest seller is the miniature Earnhardt car.
