Albany- City and County leaders want to come up with a plan for how to use the land in case the Base Realignment and Closure Commission shuts down MCLB.
The EDC wants to be in charge of that redevelopment. Tuesday night, the city commission held off on giving them that approval. They want to hold a public hearing on the matter first.
The BRAC closure list will be released next month.
