    Ravi Mikel Givens was arrested Tuesday and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. He is being held in the Dougherty County jail. Givens, who played ball at Westover and Stetson
    Agents say that police responded to the apartment because of a burglar alarm. Officers found the back door broken open and went inside. That's where they detected a strong odor of marijuana, and saw pot in plain view.

Albany - Tuesday, a group of students from the high school shadowed students who attend the college. Some of the students already attend night school at the college but are exploring other options as well.

Michael Engram says, "I was thinking about doing welding, because this is my third year at Lee County taking welding, and I was thinking about doing that too, just looking at the programming." Engram is currently in his second quarter of industrial mechanics at the Technical College.
