Valdosta-- Police hauled two men out of a city council meeting Thursday night and arrested them.
Police charged Reverend Floyd Rose and 51-year-old Willie Morris Head, Junior with disruption of a lawful meeting. They got angry when city leaders voted not to rename Barber Park.
Rose and Head say the park used to be segregated, and the name is a symbol of racial discrimination.
They refused to step down from the podium and would not let police escort them to their seats. That's when they were arrested.
