Worth County- Tuesday night, the Warwick City Council decided to give Officer Ron Kirk a written reprimand.

Last week he pulled over Emmanuel Lewis, the star of the 80's show "Webster". Lewis was driving 70 miles per hour in a 45 zone but Officer Kirk didn't give him a ticket.

The board decided his actions were unprofessional but he received no favors for letting the child star go. The council says anyone going 25 miles over the speed limit should get a ticket.

The board will now review speeding procedures and report that to the council.
