Albany-Home Depot USA, Inc. company was not found to be negligent in a wreck that left an elderly driver with broken ribs, a broken wrist and a shattered knee.

On December 31, 2002, seventy-two year old Jewell Collins slammed her Kia into the back of a Home Depot delivery truck.

She claimed the driver was negligent by parking on Philema Road to unload the truck.

Last week a state court jury found Home Depot USA, Inc. and the truck driver James Mitchell not guilty of negligence.
