Lowndes County - The search continues for a missing woman in Lowndes County.

Eighty five year old Arnette Woods has been missing since at least Thursday.

A neighbor last saw Mrs. Woods Tuesday afternoon. Her son realized she was missing when he returned to her home Thursday and saw food he brought to her Tuesday was not put away.

The Lowndes County Sheriff's Department along with other agencies have been searching a five mile area hoping to find her. She was last seen wearing gray sweat pants and a wool cap.

"We don't know what type of shirt she was wearing. She's 5' 1", 100 pounds, " said Sgt. Wanda Edwards of the Lowndes County Sheriff's Office.

Foul play is not suspected. Anyone who might have seen Mrs. Woods is asked to call the Lowndes County Sheriff's Office.
