April 15, 2005

Albany- The Albany State softball and tennis teams have made the finals of their respective conference championship tournaments.

The Lady Rams softball team notched two more shutouts as Albany State will play either Benedict or Kentucky State in the finals Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at Albany's Highland softball complex.

The Lady Rams beat Miles College 8-0 and then blanked Benedict 9-0 to reach the championship game.
