Albany - "Let's make a bid" raised close to $60,000 for the Albany Museum of Art. That tops last year's figure by $5,000. More than 180 products and services offered by area businesses were auctioned off.

"Let's Make A Bid" is the largest annual fund-raising event for the museum, and 2005 marked its 20th anniversary.
