Bells toll for crime victims

Albany- When the clock struck 12 p.m. Wednesday, church bells rang out for victims of violent crime.

Church bells tolled twelve times at Downtown churches like St. Paul's Episcopal Church, First Methodist and First Baptist.

This week is crime victims' rights week. It's meant to honor people who have suffered through a violent crime and remember those who lost their lives as the result of a violent crime.
