Albany- Football players bowled and signed autographs for kids at the Bellsouth Bowl For Kids Sake fundraiser. The fundraiser supports Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Georgia.

This is the second annual event and organizers say adding the NFL players will help young kids even more. "This year we did something a little special. We had five NFL players come to Albany to help captain the teams and raise more funds for big brothers big sisters," says program manager Alma Davis.

"You're looking for leadership and guidance from anywhere and when you can help to try and provide that, I think you have to," says two-time NFL championship winner Vaughn Hebron.

Children and parents enjoyed a full day with the players. Big Brothers Big Sisters have community based programs in several counties in South Georgia.
