Albany- Once the big prize tops the $100 million mark, convenience store clerks say ticket sales jump dramatically.

The odds of matching all six numbers may only be 1 in more than 135 million, but that doesn't stop players from keeping lotto machines running through the day.

"We normally try to anticpate a little extra help because a lot of times you can't get away from the lottery register because we're so backed up, especially when it gets big. Sometimes we're backed up all night long. That's a good sign I guess," says Shell gas station manager Joel Cawthon.

Friday night's drawing will be held at 11 PM.
