Two convicted for post office burglary

Valdosta - A Florida woman and New Jersey man are convicted for burglary and theft of mail from a South Georgia post office.

Thirty-six year old Trelliny Turner and 39 year old William Broxton broke into the Valdosta Post Office last September and stole mail containing cash and personal checks worth about $265,000.00. Turner was an employee at the post office.

Police are still looking for a third suspect in the burglary, Robert Broxton.

Turner and Broxton will be sentenced in 60 to 90 days. They could face up to 20 years in prison.
