Albany-- Another one of the city's top leaders is leaving. The Assistant to the City Manager is taking a job with Phoebe Putney Hospital.

Kevin Hogencamp is going to work for Phoebe's Community Health Institute.

Hogencamp is the fifth leadership position the city will have to fill. The city manager, police chief, information technology director, and fire chief position are also open.

Kevin Hogencamp had worked for the city since 1999, and was promoted to assistant the city manager in 2003. He says his new job will allow him to spend more time with his family.
