    The Albany Water Gas and light commission is preparing customers for a change that starts soon for those who pay with debit or credit cards.

Albany- Three elderly people were trapped in their car in Albany when it was pinned under a tractor trailer.

Police are still sorting out details, but this sedan somehow slid underneath a Super Service tractor trailer on Clark Avenue about nine o'clock.

All three were taken to a hospital after rescuers freed them from the wreckage. Fire fighters say, the most serious injury was a broken nose.
