Albany -- An Albany store clerk was pistol-whipped during a robbery Tuesday night.
It happened at the U.S.A. Food Mart at Jefferson and Telfair Avenue just after seven.
Manuel Patrick was forced out of the freezer at gunpoint, opened the cash register, and gave the robber the money. Then the robber hit Patrick in the head with the gun, and ran away.
