Albany- The Boys and Girls Clubs of Albany hosted the 18th Annual Steak and Burger Dinner at the Civic Center. An auction of items like sports memorabilia and vacation packages was followed by a dinner of steak and burgers catered by Outback Steakhouse.
"This is the next generation for Albany and they depend on us to help develop them," says committee chairman Tom Law.
The organization hopes to raise about 40-thousand dollars from Tuesday's event. Proceeds benefit local Boys and Girls Club programs.
