Kansas City, Mo. - Cinderella's shoes did not fit Georgia Southwestern at the NAIA basketball tournament.
The Hurricanes commit 32 turnoverovers in an 84-62 loss to 5th seeded Georgetown College in first round action on Thursday afternoon.
The first half was close before Georgetown closed with a 10-2 run to take a 36-28 halftime lead.
Georgetown's Casey Alsop hit eight three-point baskets and finished with a game high 28 points.
Dontae Truitt and Robert West both scored 17 points each for the Hurricanes who finish the season 22-9.
