Two meth labs busted in Grady County

Cairo- Southwest Georgia Drug Task Force agents stumbled upon two meth labs this afternoon.  It was a joint effort with the Grady County Sheriff's Office and the Cairo Police Department.

The first lab was discovered when agents got into a high-speed chase with James Moore Jr. Agents say he threw meth components out of his car window in mid-pursuit. Task force commander Joey Autrey adds that the second lab was discovered on the property Moore had left. "So far, we've recovered a quantity of finished product, don't know how much yet. We seized some marijuana. We've also seized two meth labs," he says.

Charlie Cox and Michael Crawford also were arrested. All three are charged with manufacturing methamphetamine.
