Fitzgerald- Andre Bernard Greene is already being held in the Ben Hill County jail.

He was arrested and charged with arson Thursday after investigators say he intentionally set fire to Francise McKeller's Suwanee Street home.

Autopsy results show that the 51 year old woman died from smoke inhalation. Police are not releasing any information about the motive or details about how the fire was set.
