Thomasville- A meth smoker in Thomasville just wouldn't get his head out of the clouds when police came for him.

Shon Cardin was working on top of hydraulic scaffolding when drug agents went to arrest him. When they asked Cardin to come down, he repeatedly refused. "A guy who was working there with him lowered him down. When he was lowered to the ground, he attempted to run and was apprehended by other agents," says Thomasville / Thomas County narcotics agent Kevin Lee.

Agents found a bag of meth on Cardin. He was charged with possession of methamphetamine and released from the Thomas County Jail on $6500.00 bond.
