Albany- Seventy normally upstanding community leaders found themselves in front of a judge Thursday night. The American Heart Association hauled them into court at Harvest Moon for the eleventh annual Cardiac Arrest fundraiser.

Suspects faced Judge Ken Hodges. Those who didn't quite raise enough bail money were handcuffed and taken away. The money raised from will help fight heart disease and strokes.

"All the money goes to the heart association to do research for cardiac treatment for heart related disease. It's a great cause and Albany has been very supportive and we're happy about that," said Ken Hodges, acting judge.

This years goal was 43 thousand dollars. Last years event raised more than 40 thousand, making it the top Cardiac Arrest in the country.
