Tift County- Forty year old Raymond Tabor, Jr. is charged with felony murder and two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
GBI agents say he and 25 year old Brian Roberson got into an altercation early Saturday morning at a Third Avenue home.
Tabor pulled out a gun and shot Roberson in the chest. He later died at Tift Regional Medical Center.
GBI agents say the shooting may have been drug-related.
